rpsexdoll’s TPE bio-based product contains 40% plant components (castor oil extract), and its carbon emission is reduced by 62% when compared to traditional silicone (evaluated based on the ISO 14067 life cycle). The volatile organic compound (VOC) emission of products in its environmental protection series is ≤0.12mg/m³, 76% lower than the EU toy safety standard EN71-9 (0.5mg/m³) requirement. Third-party testing in 2023 showed that the rpsexdoll product of recycled polyurethane endoskeleton passed 100,000 bending tests (ASTM D3574 standard), with a lifespan that was three times longer than with traditional PVC material.
Even more innovative is the green revolution of the production process. The photovoltaic power generation system employed by rpsexdoll for its Ningbo factory provides 70% of the energy requirement, and the electricity consumption for each product is reduced from 3.2kWh to 1.05kWh (a decrease of 67%). The water-based coating reduces the VOC emission concentration from 200mg/m³ to 15mg/m³, meeting the strict requirements of the German Blue Angel Certification (RA-UZ 171). The 3M green adhesive solution has reduced the use of chemical solvents in the assembly process by 92%, and the amount of residual toxic substances is below 0.01ppm (EPA standard limit of 0.1ppm).
Packaging innovation achieves the mission of zero plastic. rpsexdoll’s FSC-certified bamboo fiber packaging box boasts a compressive strength of 8000N (ISTA 3A standard), a weight reduction of 58% (from 2.3kg to 0.97kg), and a 41% reduction in transportation carbon emissions. The degradation cycle of the degradable biofilm buffer material is only 180 days (vs. 500 years for traditional PE foam), and TUV Rheinland has confirmed that the soil degradation rate is ≥95%. A survey of California, USA, customers shows that 83% of consumers chose rpsexdoll due to the green packaging, and the repurchase rate increased by 37% in comparison with ordinary product lines.
The recycling mechanism builds a closed-loop economic model. rpsexdoll’s “trade-in” scheme offers a 30% discount subsidy, and the recycling rate of used materials is 91% (the industry average is only 28%). The separation and purification technology can recover 620kg of renewable raw materials from 1 ton of waste TPE with a 44% lower production cost than with virgin materials.
